Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. While FCCLA is an extra-curricular activity, we provide further opportunities for students to pursue careers that support families. Although FCCLA's focus is on the FCS pathways, it provides students, interested in different career pathways, an opportunity to build and develop the soft skills needed for their future. Since 1948, Hawaii FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues through FCS education.
